Reiki Level 1

Join Reiki Master Teacher Anne Donnell for a one-day immersive Usui Reiki Level I Certification designed for those who are new to Reiki and ready to explore the foundations of energy healing.

During this training, you will learn the history and principles of Usui Reiki, the body’s energy system, chakras, grounding techniques, and how Reiki supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Students will receive their Level I Reiki attunement and learn how to safely practice Reiki on themselves, family members, friends, and pets.

This experiential class includes hands-on practice, discussion, and guided exercises to help you build confidence in working with Reiki energy.

Upon completion, you will receive your Usui Reiki Level I Certification.

Reiki Level 2

Usui Reiki Level II is designed for students who have completed Level I and are ready to deepen their connection with Reiki energy.

In this one-day certification training with Reiki Master Teacher Anne Donnell, students will receive their Level II attunement and learn the traditional Reiki symbols, distance healing techniques, energetic boundaries, and methods for working with clients on a deeper level.

This class focuses on increasing confidence in Reiki practice, and expanding your understanding of how energy can be directed across time and distance.

Through hands-on exercises and practical application, students will leave with the tools necessary to begin offering Reiki sessions professionally, if desired.

Upon completion, you will receive your Usui Reiki Level II Certification.

Reiki Level 3 – Master/Teacher Certification

The Usui Reiki Master Teacher Certification is an advanced training for dedicated Reiki practitioners who feel called to deepen their spiritual practice, embody the teachings of Reiki, and learn how to teach and attune others.

This immersive two-day training includes the Master symbols, advanced energetic practices, Reiki lineage teachings, attunement processes, class structure, and the responsibilities of teaching Reiki to future students.

Beyond technique, this training focuses on personal growth, spiritual development, leadership, and learning how to hold space for others as a Reiki Master Teacher.

Students will receive comprehensive instruction, hands-on practice, and guidance to support both their personal Reiki journey and professional teaching path.

Upon completion, you will receive your Usui Reiki Master Teacher Certification and be qualified to teach and attune students in the Usui Reiki tradition.

Prerequisite: Reiki Levels 1 & 2 (completed at least six months prior).
